How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of assets you track, not the number of users or seats. You also choose which add-on modules you need — inspections, fuel, inventory, compliance, and AI insights are all optional. This means two companies with 100 assets might pay different amounts based on what features they actually use.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer a traditional free trial, but we do offer a free 15-minute demo where you’ll see the platform live with your own use case. If you decide to move forward, onboarding is included and you’ll get a custom quote with no commitments before signing.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No setup fees. Onboarding support is included in every plan. For Enterprise accounts, we also offer white-glove data migration to help import existing asset records, maintenance history, and inspection templates.
Can I add or remove modules mid-contract?
Yes. Add-on modules can be enabled or disabled at any billing cycle. If you add fuel management halfway through the month, you’ll be charged on a prorated basis. Removing modules takes effect at your next renewal date.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Fleet operators managing 50 or more assets receive volume discounts that lower the per-asset monthly rate. The bigger the fleet, the better the rate. Enterprise accounts (500+ assets) are quoted individually with custom terms.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual plans come with a discount. There’s no multi-year lock-in required — you can cancel at the end of any billing period. Enterprise contracts may include custom terms negotiated during the demo process.
